We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our residential properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and maintain communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, and front doors
* Dust and polish surfaces, including door frames, skirting boards, and internal cupboards
* Hoover stairwells and landing areas
* Clean and polish light fittings, switches, and plug sockets
* Perform general ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required

**Requirements:**

* Valid driving license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
