Job Summary:

Gibb Group - Trauma Resus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training courses across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training courses to a high standard, ensuring that all training equipment is in good working order and fit for purpose.
  • Support the clinical governance committee on matters relating to training and equipment.
  • Work on various quality improvement projects as directed by the head of training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all training courses are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current professional registration with either GMC, NMC, or HCPC.
  • Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualification or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • ILS/PLS/Trauma training or equivalent.
  • Risk Management.
  • Internal Quality Assurance.
  • Pre-hospital care.
  • Building and maintaining training packages.
  • Understanding challenges faced when delivering pre-hospital care.
