Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Product Development: Oversee the creation of new products and improvements to existing ones.
  • Inspire Your Team: Mentor and motivate your team, helping them grow and thrive.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers, partners, end users, and regulatory bodies to drive projects forward.
  • Ensure Quality: Maintain compliance with QA procedures and relevant standards like ISO9001 and ISO13485.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest technology advancements and integrate them into your projects.
  • Manage Resources: Efficiently handle engineering expenditures and resources.
  • Contribute Globally: Be a key member of both the local and global R&D leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • A background in commercial product design and team management within a regulated environment.
  • A passion for developing teams and solving problems.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication skills.
