Elementary Education Professional

We're seeking an experienced or early career Primary School Teacher to work on a day-to-day, part-time, or long-term supply basis with Travail Grantham Education in Lincolnshire.
As a supply teacher, you'll have the flexibility to work across various schools in your area, enjoying a good work-life balance and a competitive daily rate paid weekly. This role is ideal for teachers returning to the profession after a break or those seeking a flexible schedule.
The successful candidate will be a passionate educator with strong classroom management skills, high expectations, and an engaging teaching style. They will also possess excellent communication skills, forming strong relationships with pupils and staff alike.
Key responsibilities include delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to school events. A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments and a positive attitude towards continuous professional development are essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately £120-£180 per day, depending on experience. In addition, you'll have access to a pension scheme after a qualifying period.
