We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team in our Westwood Cross store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to \u00a311.64 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants are the face of our brand, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. If you have energy, drive, and a positive attitude, this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
  • Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
  • Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
  • Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.

  • Willingness to approach and serve all customers.

  • Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
