Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Hartlepool. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism to live independently and fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and person-centered environment where you will assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and managing their finances.
You will also have the chance to support individuals in engaging in activities within their local community, promoting their independence and well-being.
The successful candidate will be required to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, with sleepovers included. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A UK Full Driving License
- A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and cover sleepovers
