Join Our Team as an Outdoor Activity Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Activity Leader to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of outdoor activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our camps.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outdoor education programs. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that all activities are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of outdoor activities, including bushcraft, survival skills, and team-building exercises.
  • Lead a team of staff and ensure that all activities are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the camp, including managing staff rotas and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available.
  • Liaise with parents and host school staff to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Manage any issues that arise during the camp, including health and safety incidents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in outdoor education, with a focus on bushcraft and survival skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outdoor education programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • First aid qualification and experience working with children.
