We are seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Sky Dunfermline. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the manager in delivering quality service across the unit
- To ensure a strong relationship is kept with client & customers
- To provide and maintain the highest standards of food & drink service
- To effectively utilise the branding and marketing materials provided
- To represent Gather & Gather's FOOD ideals at all times
- To communicate effectively with your manager and team
- To ensure QHSE standards are met and upheld by your team
- To assist with administrative duties as required
- To assist in any area of the catering unit when circumstances dictate
