Private Client Solicitor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our esteemed firm in Shrewsbury. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a broad caseload, encompassing areas such as wills, probate, estate planning and administration, along with trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and administration.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on trust and estate planning matters.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of private client services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning law, with experience in managing complex cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
