As a key member of the Endoscopy Unit team, you will be involved in the direct delivery of skilled specialised nursing care, including wound dressings, removal of drains, and insertion of urinary catheters.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop awareness of protocols involved in patients undergoing clinical trials.
  • Be rostered to care for patients over a 24-hour period as part of the ward team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in intravenous drug administration, sufficient post-registration nursing experience in oncology or specialty, and knowledge of clinical trials management. They will also possess venepuncture and cannulation skills, effective negotiating and influencing skills, and the ability to lead a team.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, ranging from £35,964 to £43,780 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
