Job Overview

**Job Title:** Principle Architect

**Job Summary:** Tech Talent ID is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Architect to lead our security services and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and governance to our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), ensuring all security services are delivered against best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Services Delivery: Oversee the delivery of security services, including SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, security engineering, and Log Management.
  • Security Governance: Ensure the implementation of Identity Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero Trust Architecture, and GDPR compliance across all critical assets and principles.
  • Tooling and Configuration: Lead the review and validation of tooling and configurations, including SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA).
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the MSSP against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cybersecurity metrics, ensuring adherence and transparency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align cybersecurity strategies through internal stakeholder engagement and coordinate cross-functional workshops.
  • Security Assurance: Provide security assurance for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PAM.
  • Disaster Recovery and Redundancy: Ensure disaster recovery and redundancy strategy assurance.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in cybersecurity and architecture.
  • Experience in leading security services and operations.
  • Knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
