Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Data Centre

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Mechanical Engineer - Data Centre, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the electrical and mechanical systems of our Data Centre facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements.
  2. Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Carry out Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) tasks to maintain a safe and reliable working environment.
  4. Inspect and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Conduct water treatment tasks, including monitoring tap temperatures, flushing systems, and logging data.

Requirements:

  1. City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical certification.
  2. Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
  3. Multi-skilled across various aspects of M&E maintenance.
