Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team at Manchester City Council. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, families, and partner agencies to deliver high-quality social care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with service users and their families to support their needs and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Assess and plan individual service user needs in collaboration with partner agencies and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the service, working closely with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote service user needs and encourage a collaborative approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and evidence achievement of service targets and improvements in delivery.
Requirements
  • Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development and delivery of the service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
