Overview:
Lka People Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sport and Enrichment Instructor to join our team at a Sixth Form College. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and leading high-quality sports and enrichment activities for students. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports and education to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging sports and enrichment activities for students
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners
  3. Contribute to the development of the college's sports and enrichment program
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports and enrichment activities

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in sports and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
