Exciting Career Opportunity for a Highly Motivated Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Northampton, covering the East Midlands and Southern based contracts. As a specialist sales representative, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while generating new business revenue through innovative marketing and networking techniques.

The ideal candidate will have external/field sales experience, preferably within the construction hire or plant rental industry. Knowledge of excavators, dumpers, bulldozers, quarry equipment, and associated attachments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management and sales growth through creative marketing and networking techniques
  • Sales meetings and presentations to introduce products and build customer portfolios
  • Achieving and exceeding allocated sales targets
  • Working on projects across construction and new building sites
