Accounts Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at Accountancy Action on a part-time basis for three months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable - processing invoices
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll administration

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel - pivot
  • Experience working within Hospitality or Hotels
  • 3-4 years in Accounts experience
