Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to support nurseries and childcare settings by delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This role offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for professionals seeking diverse experiences in early years education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that support children's development and learning.
  • Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health, and safety.
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Adhere to the EYFS framework in daily activities.
  • Support nursery teams with general duties, including meal times, hygiene routines, and play supervision.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursery, early years setting, or similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to different nursery settings and teams.
  • Compliance:
    • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
    • Right to work in the UK.
