About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Security Operations Manager to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance across various locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local area CTSA Officers to ensure effective intelligence sharing.
  • Sign up for membership of relevant security agencies to gather and share intelligence information.
  • Produce a weekly intelligence brief to keep teams informed of security updates and alerts.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date security strategy and its implementation.
  • Provide ongoing security advice and assistance to management teams as needed.
  • Assist with security tender bids and site visits.
  • Undertake regular site visits and assist with annual audits.
  • Maintain the Company Alerting System F24 and send out monthly test and security alerts.
  • Review, update, and onboard training and security providers to ensure they meet ACS approval standards.
  • Keep the Security Nucleus up to date with relevant information.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, site leads, and staff.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license.
  • A SIA Front Line Licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection).
  • A SIA CCTV Licence is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and times.
  • A good understanding of security legislation and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • A solid understanding of statistical data analysis.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office.
  • A working knowledge of the CSAS Scheme.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
