About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaner / Cleaning Operative to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a better day, every day by maintaining clean and serviceable areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned areas are clean, presentable, and serviceable at all times.
- Present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies and values.
- Carry out all duties required in connection with cleaning and waste collection within designated premises.
About You:
- Good time keeping skills.
- Positive, professional, and can-do attitude.
- Friendly and helpful attitude to customers.
- Ability to work alone and within a team.
- Good communication skills.
Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided. Tenon FM is an equal opportunities employer and Investors in People Accredited.
