- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Order and manage medications, including prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
