TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a new project in the Twickenham area. They are seeking skilled Multi traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Conduct responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure high-quality work standards are consistently met.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. DBS check required before commencement
