About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Invictus Group. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support in design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of the project.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for savings while maintaining quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and any potential issues, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical challenges as they arise, providing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and construction processes.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
