Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gate Maintenance Engineer to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a Gate Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of automated gates, barriers, intercoms, and other access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and servicing of automated gates, barriers, intercoms, and other access control systems.
- Attend breakdown call outs to repair automated gates and associated equipment in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Complete works on a variety of equipment both individually and as part of a team.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure site reports are completed upon completion of work from the visit.
- Attend sites to repair, service, and maintain automated entry systems including gates, barriers, intercoms, and other access control systems.
- Locate faults by observing electromechanical devices in operation.
- Provide technical support to the team and existing and potential customers on products and services.
- Assist in the requirements that capture upgrade and design of future systems.
- Maintain Client Relationships; client relationships are a key part of this role. A healthy relationship with all clients is essential to the completion of all projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in breakdown repairs, servicing, and maintaining automated entry systems and other access control systems.
- Confident with BFT, NICE, DEA, VIDEX, PAXTON, and similar products.
- Full UK driver's license with a maximum of 6 points.
