Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with acute medical conditions, including those with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy behaviors and self-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 months of NHS experience in an acute setting, with a strong understanding of medical ward protocols and procedures.
  • Hold a Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
  • Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from confirmation and commit to a minimum period of three months.
