Senior Lifting Equipment Technician
We are seeking a skilled Senior Lifting Equipment Technician to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a Senior Lifting Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing lifting equipment to ensure it meets Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, service, and repair lifting equipment to ensure it meets Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment to identify any potential issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification.
- Hands-on experience of maintaining, servicing, and repairing lifting equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of LOLER & PUWER regulations.
- Able to work unsupervised and make decisions on the condition and future use of equipment.
- Able to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence customers.
