Salary Range:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

We execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, and rights issues. We coordinate with internal teams, clients, and investors throughout the syndicate process.

We monitor equity markets and provide real-time market analysis to senior team members and clients. We assess investor sentiment and guide pricing and positioning of offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in ECM, syndicate, investment banking, or equity sales
