Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our part-time team at Compass UK & Ireland Careers. This role offers an estimated salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers on a part-time basis. You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen to customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary skills, a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Create and implement new menus to meet client and customer expectations
• Food Quality: Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to our clients and customers
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve high-quality food production
• Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and use it to consistently improve our food services
• Brand Representation: Represent Compass UK & Ireland Careers and maintain a positive brand image
• Inventories: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
• Kitchen Hygiene: Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
