Job Overview

Gleeson Homes is a reputable housing development company seeking an experienced Construction Worker - Site Maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks as required by the Site Manager, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading deliveries and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Clear properties prior to occupation and keep materials stored securely.
• Perform designated duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Report any damage to materials or sub-standard work by subcontractors to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Deal with site security, including individual units and the overall site.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior labouring experience and up-to-date relevant industry knowledge.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable individuals.
• In-date CSCS card and willingness to attend additional training requirements.
