Paediatric Allergy and Respiratory Nurse Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Allergy and Respiratory Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and enthusiastic team to develop our service and provide high-quality care to children with allergy and respiratory conditions.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to children with allergy and respiratory conditions, working closely with the paediatric team of Consultants and nursing colleagues to develop our service. This will involve acting as a resource on the management and treatment of allergy and respiratory conditions in childhood for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with significant experience in acute paediatrics and safeguarding. A detailed knowledge of paediatric allergy and respiratory conditions is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
