We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our clinical team at Amberwood House in Ferndown, Dorset. As a Night Nurse with Colten Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our award-winning care home group.
About the RoleAs a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents during the night shift. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents during the night shift
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Participate in clinical decision-making and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
As a Night Nurse with Colten Care, you will benefit from:
