Job Title: Digital Media Operations Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Operations Specialist to join our OEM and Media team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic client advertising plans and owning the 'last mile' of campaign execution.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Be the primary point of contact for all client communication post-sale and handle everything from setup to optimization and performance analysis of advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and advise internal teams and external clients on fill rates.
  • Serve as the linchpin between Carwow, clients, and media agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) and provide resolutions.
  • Provide detailed and accurate campaign delivery reports each month for client invoicing and pull both internal and 3rd party reporting for advertisers, agencies, and demand partners.
  • Identify and develop process improvements as our product set increases.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance our media offering.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company, with expertise in Google Ad Manager and working with various creative types. Programmatic and yield management experience is a significant advantage. You should also possess exceptional time management skills, a collaborative approach, and strong relationships with stakeholders.
