We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bedroom Measurement Technician to join our team in Lakeside. As a key member of our Service Fulfilment Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible measurement and installation experience.
About the Role
This is a field-based role, which means you will spend most of your time visiting customers' homes to take measurements and provide expert advice on their kitchen and bedroom design needs. You will also work closely with our sales and design teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- To take accurate measurements of customers' kitchens and bedrooms, using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
- To provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their kitchen and bedroom design needs.
- To work closely with our sales and design teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and efficient service.
- To communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, such as interior design or architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
