Trainee Care Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Trainee Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

As a Trainee Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting residents with daily routines and activities
  • Providing personalized care and attention to meet individual needs
  • Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager
  • Treating every resident with dignity and respect
  • Fostering a warm and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike
  • Responding to emergencies and ensuring a safe and clean environment
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is naturally caring, empathetic, and patient. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to connect with our residents and understand their needs. While a Health & Social Care qualification is not essential, it's a plus if you have one.

We'll provide all the training you need to excel in your role, teaching you the technical skills and systems. But the most important qualities are compassion, respect, and a dedication to our values.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.10, contracted hours of 22/33/44 per week, and a range of benefits including pension, annual leave, and uniform. We're also offering a £500 welcome bonus to new starters.
