We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Fitter to join our team at Shorterm Group. As an Aircraft Fitter, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of aerospace components, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to specifications and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test aerospace components, following technical drawings and specifications.
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Contribute to improvement activities, embracing the principles of production flow lines and 5S.
  • Complete relevant documentation and ensure FOD compliance.
  • Learn and understand technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Completed full engineering apprenticeship.
  • Ability to follow and understand technical drawings, specs, procedures, and test instructions.
  • Use of hand tools in previous job roles.
  • Knowledge of flow line methodologies and willingness to learn.
Working Conditions:

Shifts: Days, Lates, and Nights - 2 weeks about. Hours: 37 hour week. Shift premium: Day - 20% (1.2), Late - 25% (1.25), Weekend - 45% (1.45).
