About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and enhance your current expertise as a Children's Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to learn various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including peg feeding, suctioning, and administering medication.
  • Using moving and handling equipment safely and effectively is essential to ensure the well-being of our clients.
