About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join our Pensions Disputes and Contentious Trusts team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling complex and high-profile cases, including professional negligence claims, rectification and construction claims, and judicial review and public law issues.

You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in alternative dispute resolution and mediation, as well as gain experience in court proceedings. Your responsibilities will include preparing and drafting clear, concise legal documentation, managing matters with supervision, and delegating tasks to trainees and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling complex and high-profile cases in pensions disputes and contentious trusts
  • Developing expertise in alternative dispute resolution and mediation
  • Gaining experience in court proceedings
  • Preparing and drafting legal documentation
  • Managing matters with supervision
  • Delegating tasks to trainees and paralegals
Requirements

We are looking for an England and Wales qualified lawyer with between zero and two years' PQE. You should possess a strong technical background in black letter law, be highly accurate, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also be confident in verbal and numerical communication skills and have a positive attitude and a strong team ethic.
