**Job Overview**

At Arrow McLaren IndyCar, we are seeking a skilled Machinist/Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality precision components on time and in full.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To manufacture precision machined components to information prescribed within our job packs and engineering drawings, maintaining energy and momentum throughout the shift.
  • Setting and operating several multi-axis CNC machines with a range of controllers.
  • Confidently program parts online, fully, or partially.
  • Maintain program, tooling, and inspection records for all components produced.
  • Provide detailed and concise feedback to our Senior Programmers and Manufacturing Engineering Team to develop workholding, programs, and machining methods.

**Requirements**

  • Must be an experienced machinist with a proven track record, supported with a recognised level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • Experienced at setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.
  • Previous experience of machining small batch precision components, preferably in a motorsport, aerospace, or similar demanding environment.
  • Previous on-control programming experience.
