Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Engineering Consultant to join our team in central Manchester.

As a Ground Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for managing NW based GI brownfield development projects from inception to completion. You will oversee all aspects of ground investigations and develop your skills in technical delivery, project management, scoping, and bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing various technical reports, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 interpretations, remediation plans, risk assessments, geotechnical assessments, foundation recommendations, specifications, waste/material management, and validations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Honours degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geo-science field.
  2. Some reporting experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
  3. A full UK driving licence.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
