This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Manager to join a growing Semiconductor company developing communications technology that is helping to pave the way for AI scaling.

As a key member of the IC Resources team, you will lead a team of 10-15 digital IC design engineers and be responsible for hiring, mentoring and driving engineering execution for the digital frontend design group.

The Digital ASIC Design Manager will work closely with the analog IC design, backend design and verification teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement, and be the technical authority during sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of digital IC design engineers and drive engineering execution for the digital frontend design group.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement.
  • Be the technical authority during sign-off and ensure that designs meet the required specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve design efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and maintain design tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • At least a decade of experience working within Digital IC / ASIC / SoC Design.
  • A strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from RTL coding through to physical design.
  • Hands-on expertise with Verilog / SystemVerilog.
  • A good understanding of high speed / low power designs.
  • Proven experience working within a technical leadership role.
