About the Role

Ristara Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our team in a family-run business that specializes in manufacturing and building motorsport cars. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and editing programs on Haas machines to produce high-quality parts for the precision automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce parts with high precision and accuracy
  • Editing programs to optimize machine performance and reduce production time
  • Working with titanium, steel, and alloys to produce complex parts
  • Inspecting own parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to understand production requirements
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification in CNC milling or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in CNC milling, specifically on Haas machines
  • Software knowledge of Fanuc controls and G codes
  • Experience making gear engine parts, chassis parts, and interior parts
