About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at Moody's. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our exposure management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with and present our exposure management solution to customers, explaining our vision for integrating sustainability analytics into the exposure management workflow.
  • Gather client feedback and market information to understand customer needs and develop go-to-market plans tied to portfolio management solutions.
  • Develop and implement product collateral and sales tools, such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, and how-to videos.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure proper investment and execution in support of product strategy.
  • Represent Moody's at industry events and conferences, identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with 3+ years working with insurance portfolio management, exposure management, or accumulations models or products.
  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience, with a passion for technology and a business-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver on commitments.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and work independently as a team player.
