Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Private Client Solicitor with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience to join our well-established and reputable firm. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, experience as a senior associate or partner, and a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently maintain existing client relationships and increase fee-earning work to contribute to the business's continued success.
- Lead a team of experienced and less experienced staff, sharing knowledge, supervising, and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
- Attend and host networking events to promote the firm's vision and values.
Requirements
- 15+ years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
- Experience as a senior associate or partner.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a close-knit firm with a focus on development and promotion from within.
