Nursing Home Manager - Clinical Deputy

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at a reputable care home in Hellingly, East Sussex. We are looking for an experienced nurse leader who can contribute to the success of our care home by driving high-quality care delivery, developing the nursing team, and promoting a culture of excellence.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the care home's vision and strategy, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in mentoring and supporting our nursing staff to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement plans to improve care quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
- Mentor and supervise nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Foster effective relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Significant experience in a deputy or managerial role within a care or nursing home setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate staff, build strong relationships, and promote a positive work environment.
