Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Cardiff

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in a fantastic primary school in Cardiff. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and children in the classroom, aiding with their work and contributing to a positive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Assist the teacher with classroom duties and support the children with their work
  • Develop strong relationships with children, teachers, and other staff members
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons

Requirements:

  • At least Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
  • A calm, patient, and caring persona
  • Good communication skills
  • A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
