Job Title: Residential Site Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee the growth of our property portfolio in the North of England.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and complete checklists and work allocation lists for properties under renovation.
  • Ensure property works lists are completed in accordance with company standards and smooth handover process.
  • Budgeting and planning for property works.
  • Pre-renovation planning and property inspections according to standards.
  • Management and tracking of building operations stock.
  • Overseeing building operations and maintenance manuals.
  • Ensuring key targets, budgets, and timescales are adhered to.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Working closely with our lettings department to ensure compliance with gas, electric, and EPC regulations.
  • Coaching, developing, and managing office staff and maintenance department.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in property renovations, ideally with a tradesman or construction background.
  • Experienced in managing successful teams with an eye for quality.
  • Computer literate, able to use Excel and Word packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner.
