This role involves delivering training sessions, designing behaviour-based learning activities, and developing partnerships with managers to ensure facilitation and delivery of accredited and non-accredited learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate dynamic learning sessions using various mediums.
  • Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance skill development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and identify areas for improvement.

The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires a formal learning and development qualification or equivalent, minimum 2-4 years in training facilitation, learning and development or a related field, strong knowledge of soft skills areas, a relentless drive to improve performance, and ability to work under own initiative and be self-motivated.
