We are seeking a skilled Salaried GP to join our esteemed team at Swan Medical Group. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a personal list of patients, focusing on continuity of care and providing timely, quality medical services.
- Contribute to our practice ethos, emphasizing clinical education and development, and participate in weekly clinical education and training meetings.
- Work in an accredited Training Practice with 4 GP trainers, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with a cohesive and progressive team, emphasizing the importance of providing timely, quality medical care.
- Benefit from an internal GP mentor and the opportunity for clinical supervision sessions.
At Swan Medical Group, you will be part of a comprehensive support team, including:
- Robust prescription management and a dedicated Meds Management team.
- Clinicians assisting reception in call triage and Allied Health Professionals, including pharmacists and FCP.
- Specialist Nurses managing Long-Term Health conditions and Healthcare Assistants supporting various clinical tasks.
- Data and digital team managing QOF recalls and a Frailty Doctor supporting care home patients.
- Administrative support team, including medical secretaries and coders.
The daily workload is managed by using a triage team, ensuring that GPs only handle cases that specifically require their expertise. All GP appointments are a minimum of 15 minutes, designed to optimise efficiency, reduce the burden on GPs, and improve patient care.
