Lead Our Nursery Team as a Room Leader

At Grandir UK, we're committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education. We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Maple Road Dicky Birds Day Nursery in Surbiton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Support and supervise playroom staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent care and education.
  • Deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of children and maintain high standards of care and education.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress.
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Ensure all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
