Job Title: Outreach Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outreach Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As an Outreach Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with young adults with complex needs to access Specialist Further Education by delivering individually tailored and designed courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individually tailored and designed courses to support students with complex needs
  • Work closely with students to identify and prompt meaningful skills management and development
  • Develop and implement unique programs that incorporate specialist support and guidance
  • Collaborate with students to include personal preferences and choices in program design
  • Work in a variety of settings, including students' homes, work placements, social activities, and leisure-based settings

Requirements:

  • Confident and caring support assistant with experience working with young adults with complex needs
  • Ability to deliver individually tailored and designed courses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving license and access to a car
