About the Role:

  • Manage the school's budget and financial planning processes
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts in accordance with school policies and procedures
  • Manage the school's payroll, including staff salaries and deductions
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, including income and expense details
  • Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations, and assist with audits as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Officer or Financial Manager, ideally in education
  • Strong understanding of financial rules, accounting software, and VAT
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff
